Competition

Regulation of FEIC 2017 Edition:

A.REGISTRATIONS:

  1. Each national selection must have a maximum number of 23 players.

  2. The PSN ID of each player must be current in their profile.

  3. Each player must have the correct nationality to participate, in case of non respect , Game lost for the selection.

  4. A player that have already been added (for testing or playing) in one country, can’t be register in another one ( we have all informations)

  5. All selections must transmit the jersey number for each players they have.

  6. Broadcast links and skype must be mendatory and transmit to staff

B.ORGANIZER :

  1. During the competition, all games will be played in time ,dates will be chosen in agreement with both managers and FVPA-esport Management

  2. 2 to 3 single games ( home only) during first week (see F : calendar), depending of the draw and the number of national selections involved.

  3. Quarter final to final and third place : one game , during the second week

C.COMPETITION.

  1. The draw will be done by FVPA-esport Staff, according to the ranking week, there will be seeded and unseeded teams. Draw will be done manually with broadcast proofs

  2. Match reports must be filled on the website within 24 hours after the game .

  3. You must do your starting lineup on the website at least 6 hours before games, of course it can be change in case of problems, but you must inform staff within two hours before playing ( not for issues, but to prepare infographics…)

D.GAMES.

  1. The competition use a "Real European Format"  game
    Group stage : 1 game against each teams of the group.
    Ko stage : 1 game too.

  2. The “ANY” has to be controlled, even if you're 11 in your team.

  3. Both teams must be on time,a 10 minutes (real time) delay will be allowed. In all cases, managers must keep in touch and inform their opponents, by any ways possible.

  4. Disconnection of the “ANY”

    1. If it occurs BEFORE the 10th “in game” minute:  You can leave the game by warning your rival of the situation. The game will be relaunched but please note that all goals scored before the disconnection counts

    2. If it occurs AFTER the 10th “in game” minute: The affected team has to continue to play until the halftime. At the Halftime, warn your rival that your ANY got disconnected and that you leave the game. A new game has to be done, just playing the 45 minutes remaining (2nd haftime). Please note that the result of the 1st half is kept and counts.

    3. If it occurs during the 2nd half or during a second attempt (after a first disconnection refer D.5): You can’t leave anymore and have to play until the end

  5. One disconnection per team is allowed (first or second half), please test your connection before, official games are not practice ones.

 

We know there are particular situation and we urge you to MAKE AN EFFORT ! We made it equal for all, UK/PT teams will have to play a little bit earlier than usual, same way as Russian / Turkish teams will have to play a little bit later than usual. Please be open minded & fair play, communication is the key point, it's very important !

E.BROADCASTING AND PLAYING GAMES

  1. Teams have to broadcast games ,to take screenshots & video records of their games including pre-game moments in the “locker room” with all the players on the lineup and friendly game request sending.

  2. The home team is in charge of the match invitation through the locker room friendly game invitation. In case of problems regarding invitations, you can ask the other team to invite but doesn’t matter which team invites the other one, the order of the game is based on the fixture as written as on the website calendar

  3. During a game, if you spot the rival team playing with players that should not (not registred on team squad on the website, suspended, banned), you have to play the game normally as usual. Once finished, contact an administrator and give him all the evidences (screenshots, video records, etc…)  

  4. It is absolutely forbidden to hinder and bother the rival GK during free kicks and corner kicks. Nobody from your team should interfer or block him. If this rule is violated, sanctions are clear: the offending team will automatically lose this game and the offending player will be suspended 3 games.

  5. player who is sent off (red card) during a game won't be allow to play the next game ( according to your "ownmade" schedule)

  6. 2 yellow cards for a player during 2 consecutive games won't allow him playing the next game.

  7. Yellow and red cards are cancelled between Group stage and Ko Stage

F.CALENDAR.

Group stage: from january 8th to january 14th
In case of no agreement between opponent
Default day : Thursday, Default time : 21h30 GMT first game, 22h00GMT second game, 22h30 GMT third game

KO Stage : from january 15th to january 22th
We will define with the qualified teams,  the best date to each round

G.GROUPSTAGE TIEBREAKER.

During the group phase, the teams are ranked according to points. If two or more teams are equal on points on completion of the group matches, the following criteria are applied in the order given to determine the rankings:

  • Number of points

  • General Goal Difference

  • Goal For

  • Gaol against

  • particular results
